
Fitness Test
We will be having a fitness test for all members on
Monday 29th January 2007. Please make sure you are well rested, get a good
nights sleep on the Sunday night and also make sure you are well hydrated.
As this is your first Fitness Test, it will be used as a benchmark for all future tests. Fitness tests are used as a way of gauging an individuals fitness level, therefore you are only competing against yourself. As with any training (providing you are aware of your own limits), the harder you work, the better the results. In the Fitness Test your goal is to get as high a score as you can, and again the harder you work, the better your score.
